How can I place an order?
Making an order on Italianlly is simple and this is how it is done:
1. Choose a category or designer from the top navigation menu or search for the item you want to purchase using the search bar.
2. Select the item and the size you want to purchase and click "Buy It Now" / "Buy With PayPal".
3. Log in to your account if you have not already done so. If you do not have an account, please enter your Email in "Contact Information".
4. Enter your address and your details, choose your desired shipping method and complete your order. After booking, we will keep you updated during every step of the shipment.
Where can I find the size chart?
On the bottom part of the page, below “Information", you can find a size chart for the men’s and women’s collections, each separately.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We work hard to send you your order as soon as possible. If you would like to change or cancel your order please contact our customer service as soon as possible.

When will my credit card be charged?
If you pay with your debit card or through PayPal you will be charged immediately when you finish your order on the website.
If you pay by credit card the full payment will be charged differently depending on your credit card company.

How much will I be charged for shipping?
We offer free shipping worldwide via FedEx economy shipping.
If you would like fast shipping through FedEx Priority, an additional fee is required and is calculated when choosing the shipping method.
When will I receive the product and how can I track the shipping?
The package will be shipped to you the next business day after you place your order.
You will generally receive the order between 2 – 7 business days from the moment the product is shipped, shipping times depend on your location and your preferred shipping method.
If you have an account on the site you can see updates on your order status on the "my account" page. If you have not registered yet, you can track it on the "Order Tracking" page.
All prices shown at the website included VAT.
Customers within the EU are free from duty and tax according to the European Union Policy. If there are customs or duty taxes in your country, the shipping company is responsible for paying taxes when the package enters your country. The recipient must pay the taxes directly to the shipping company as soon as the shipment is received. In order to see the tax rate in your country, please check the tax authority’s website.
What are your return policies?
In order to return the item, it must be in its original condition, unused, and including all tags.
If you would like to return the item for any reason the returned item must arrive at our warehouse no later then 30 days after your delivery date.
How do I send the item I want to return?
We have created a simple return process:
First, you need to make sure that the item is not damaged or worn and is in the original condition it came in with all its tags.
Click the "Returns" page on the site, enter your Email and the order number, and select the item you want to return.
After our return confirmation, you will receive an email with detailed instructions about the return process.
Next, go to the post office and send the item back to our warehouse, for your security please send the package in registered mail which requires a signature upon receipt.
After sending the item back please enter the package tracking number in the return confirmation Email under "Add Tracking" so that we can update you at every step in the shipment.
When will I get my money back?
After the item returns to our warehouse and it has been checked, we will refund the money to you.
If you bought the item through PayPal, you will see the refund immediately in your PayPal account.
If you chose to buy an item with a credit card, you'll see your refund within 10 business days depending on your credit card company.
Will I get a tax refund?
Purchasing through our website does not include taxes and therefore we will not be able to refund the taxes you paid for the item.
You may be able to receive a tax refund by contacting your local tax authorities.
