Returns policy
Returned items must comply with our return policy:
- Returned items must be damage-free, unused, and including all tags.
- Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original undamaged branded boxes and dust bags and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.
- When you try on shoes please be careful not to mark the soles or damage the packaging.
- Underwear and swimwear can only be returned if they were never worn. 
- If you want to try on lingerie or swimwear please do so on top of your own undergarments.
- Jewelry should be returned in the same condition as you received it, including the original packaging and the documents that it came with.
- Please be careful when trying on the items you ordered and return them the way you received them. Returns that do not meet our return policy will not be accepted.
- A returned item must arrive back at our warehouses no later than 30 days after you received it.
- Merchandise that has missing tags, stains, damages, odor, or appears to have been worn will not be accepted.
- The return items should be returned and received in the same appearance and condition it was sent out from our warehouse.
- We will not accept an item you purchased from another company even if it is similar in style.

Return process
We have created a simple return process:

First, you need to make sure that the item is not damaged or worn and is in the original condition it came in with all its tags.
Click the "Returns" page on the site, enter your Email and the order number, and select the item you want to return.
After our return confirmation, you will receive an email with detailed instructions about the return process.
Next, go to the post office and send the item back to our warehouse, for your security please send the package in registered mail which requires a signature upon receipt.
After sending the item back please enter the package tracking number in the return confirmation Email under "Add Tracking" so that we can update you at every step in the shipment.

Order Cancellation
If you regret an order and want to cancel, do so as soon as possible. All orders will be sent out by the next business day. If the order is canceled before the package is sent, you will not have to pay commission, but if the package is sent you will have to pay the shipping cost back to our warehouses. If you decide to cancel an order, please contact our customer service and they will take care of the case promptly and thoroughly. Time is of an essence when it comes to order cancellation.

Refund
After the item returns to our warehouse and we have checked it, you will be fully refunded by the payment method through which you paid. We will keep you updated during every step. You can track the package you are returning on the site by entering the package tracking number. The refund process is also dependent on your original form of payment.
