We at Italianlly put our customer's best interests first and want to make the order processing as seamless as possible so you can receive your items promptly. Once your order is placed and payment has cleared, you will be given a thorough quality assurance to ensure every merchandise ordered is correct and in exceptional condition. Your package will be properly and securely packed and sealed then shortly after will be handed over to our trusted shipping partner.

Italianlly orders are processed and delivered during regular business hours, Monday-Friday between the hours of 9 am - 5 pm (GTM+2).

Australia 3-7 business days

Rest of the world 3-7 business days.

Please note that our shipping times are estimated and are based on the shipping times provided by the shipping company. Italianlly cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the shipping company or a failed payment confirmation. However, we will do our best to minimize possible delays and speed up package delivery.
It is vital that you provide the correct shipping address to ensure arriving at the right residence. For any issues related to external influences, please contact the carrier company with your tracking information to get updates.

Package Tracking
After placing an order you will receive an email with your purchase details and order number. Should there be a problem with your payment method, we will contact you to verify your information. After the order is confirmed, the package will be sent out to you from our warehouses within 1-5 business days. The package will usually arrive within 5-7 business days depending on your location. We will keep you updated about your shipping details and estimated arrival date. If you have an account you can see updates about the order status on "My Account" page. If you have not registered yet, you can track it on the "Track Your Order" page. We strive to deliver the package at the time indicated on the site, but we cannot take responsibility for the shipping company's delays or failed payment.

Our goal is to ship your package as soon as possible. Should you decide to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible to allow our customer service to handle your request in the best way possible. If you decide to cancel your order a day or two after you place your order, it will most likely be too late for order cancellation and you will have to wait to get your package and follow the return process.
